All Investigators are licensed as Private Investigators by the WV SOS, and work(ed) as law enforcement officers, and/or former military with Criminal Justice experience/education, and investigative experience, as required by WV State Code Code §30-18-2.

(i.e. driving records may cost less than federal criminal searches). Also, the logistics involved can be a factor with the case needs. Quotes will typically include all common expenses and may include a 5-10% rounding up for unanticipated expenses.
